When Creative Host Services, Inc., food and beverage travel concessionaire, was shortlisted for the concessions Request for Proposal at General Mitchell International Airport (MKE), they wanted their follow-up presentation to wow and awe the MKE Airport Authority.

To fulfill this request, we designed and wrote a presentation book featuring spreads on each proposed brand. Because the book was intended to feel like a coffee table book, we incorporated elements such as a leather look-alike cover as well as collage-inspired layouts of each brand.
