In 2006, Stora Enso, partners with paper distributor, Lindenmeyr Munroe, announced that it was reintroducing Gusto, a sheet-fed coated fine paper. The improved Gusto, available in a silky satin or a brilliant gloss finish, would now be 90 (GE Scale) in brightness, increased from 87.
To celebrate and showcase Gusto’s renaissance, we designed a Z-fold brochure with two separate end-piece books hinged by a single middle panel. Each book was printed on either the Gusto Gloss or Gusto Satin to exhibit the finish. We used a spot varnish for a subtle highlight and textural effect.
