A supplement to the Chartwells concept, Pulse on Dining (POD), What’s With the Carrot? was a marketing campaign launched to create excitement and buzz among students in anticipation of POD facilities opening on campus.
For the campaign, which featured the POD mascot, the carrot, we were responsible for all development of the concept, writing and illustrating. Posters, table tents and an opening banner were created to decorate school cafeterias and line the halls. We developed a carrot cookbook to be followed by a carrot cooking contest to encourage student participation and convey quirky carrot facts. We also designed and printed packaging for baby carrot giveaways.
